Shipping
All our products are shipped via a secure and traceable shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders. No code is needed; free shipping will be applied at checkout and includes duties.
Order Cancelling
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it begins processing immediately. However, once you receive your order, you can contact our support team to initiate the return process. Once the item is returned, we can process a refund for you.
You cannot cancel or change your order after you have placed it. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it by going to the "Track Your Order" section. Please note the estimated delivery times.

These estimates do not include our 2-3 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude customs and clearance delays.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volume.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs charges once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may incur customs charges upon arrival in your country.
Lost/Missing Packages
Mirvea is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order. If we make a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no cost to you.
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please email mirveainternational@gmail.com within 5 business days and attach photos of the damage so we can provide you with further assistance.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. However, for free shipping, tracking may not always be available.
Will my items be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
