Refunds
Our policy is a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, but contact support at the following email address: mirveainternational@gmail.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or declined.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or overdue refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at mirveainternational@gmail.com for information.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
The time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary depending on the country you live in.
